Payment
At We Smile Tandartsen, we believe it is important that you have clarity regarding the costs and payment of your treatment in advance. Below you can read how our invoicing works and what you can expect.
Your treatment
Following your treatment, the procedures performed are processed and billed.
Health insurance
Whenever possible, the invoice is first submitted to your health insurer. Any reimbursement will then be deducted from the invoice.
Invoice via Payt
You will receive the amount for your own account via Payt. The invoice includes the payment details and the payment term.
Advance estimate
At We Smile Tandartsen, we believe it is important that you know what to expect in advance. When the expected costs of a treatment exceed €250, you will receive a written estimate beforehand.
This specifies which treatments we recommend and the associated costs. We discuss the estimate with you so that you can make an informed decision before we begin the treatment.
For treatments under €250, you are, of course, also welcome to request a cost overview.
