Feedback
Although we do our utmost to provide you with the best possible care, it may happen that you are not satisfied with a treatment. In that case, you can submit written feedback to your dentist. A conversation between you and your dentist usually leads to a solution. However, if you need a third party, you can submit your complaint to the KNMT, the professional association to which our practice is affiliated. An independent complaints officer will then mediate between you and your dentist free of charge to find a solution.
